Due to our continuous growth we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the residential department, including organising customer estimates to be completed in a timely manner, confirming customer orders for delivery and waste collection, arranging EDI transfers and purchase orders for materials from external suppliers, and investigating claims and credits for clients.Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Key ResponsibilitiesOrganising customer quotes/estimates to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and followed through appropriately.Supporting BDMs to achieve targeted goals, objectives and administrative functions as required.Confirming customer orders for delivery and waste collection in line with customer requirements and operational timelines.Arranging EDI transfers and purchase orders for ordering materials from external suppliers as needed.Investigating and resolving claims and credits for clients in a timely and accurate manner.Updating internal and MJ notes on accounts/ job numbers to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.Backing up Internal Sales team as required with general data entry and forwarding on quote requests and enquiries.Skills, Experience and Personal CharacteristicsCustomer service experience in a sales or residential environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Data entry and general administrative experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail with good numerical aptitudeProblem-solving and decision-making abilityStrong negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAt Bestbar we offer"Our robust belief in 'family culture' allows us to build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity with sub-contractors, employees, and clients".
