What you will do
Based in our Laverton branch, this role reports to the Parts Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer serviceAccurately complete relevant documentation including invoices and paymentWork closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of partsLoad and unload parts, bin to appropriate locationPick and deliver parts to customers and workshopMonitor stock, spare parts and inventory
Who you are
To thrive as a Parts Advisor, you will bring a strong background in parts within the automotive industry, along with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key requirements:
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, automotive parts role within the automotive industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers,



and internal stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and positive attitude, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving positive business outcomesSound computer skills and experience using inventory or parts management systemsA team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
