You enjoy being part of a close-knit team and understand that every interaction contributes to an exceptional client experience.To be successful in this role you'll have:Diploma of Beauty TherapyPrevious experience in a professional salon or skin clinicConfidence performing facials, massage, waxing, tinting and brow servicesStrong consultation and communication skillsExperience recommending treatment plans and homecareA professional, well-presented and positive approachInitiative, reliability and genuine pride in your workIPL experience is highly regarded; however, we're happy to invest in training the right person who demonstrates the professionalism, initiative and client care we're looking for.Why Join Ella Baché Mordialloc?
