SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES Taking the lead on commercial sites for electrical preventative maintenance, reactive tasks, and minor project works Liaising directly with building managers, high-end commercial clients, and site stakeholders Overseeing work quality, site safety standards, and team coordination Delivering minor project works including lighting upgrades, metering, and power alterations Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and site safety inductions Managing materials, site access,
