As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial services and advisory support to our diverse client base.
You will work collaboratively with experienced professionals to provide sound financial guidance and strategic insights that drive business success for our clients.What you'll be doingPreparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory compliance documentation for clients across various industriesConducting financial analysis and providing commentary on business performance and financial positionAssisting with bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and general ledger management for client accountsSupporting audit and assurance engagements, including testing and documentation of financial controlsLiaising with clients to gather financial information, clarify accounting issues, and resolve queriesContributing to the development of financial models and forecasting scenarios for business advisory workMaintaining detailed working papers and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and firm policiesSupporting senior team members in the delivery of corporate advisory and business services engagementsWhat we're looking forA relevant accounting qualification such as a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Accounting, or equivalent tertiary qualificationActive progress towards or completion of qualified accounting credentials (CPA, CA, or IPA membership or candidacy)Between 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a qualified services firm, corporate environment, or accounting practiceStrong proficiency with accounting software packages and Microsoft ExcelSolid understanding of financial reporting standards, tax legislation,
