This role offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing play based setting with children, with supportive staff to create a beautiful, engaging space where each child can grow to their fullest potential - academically, socially and emotionally.As a valued member of our educational team, you will prepare and maintain the indoor and outdoor learning environments, supporting classroom activities, and lead the planning and discussions around individual children's learning and development.This position is ideal for someone who:Has experience with the room leader role preferredhas a genuine love for working with young children and supporting their early learning journeyis enthusiastic, reliable and collaborativeholds a certificate/Diploma, or equivalent in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)has experience and knowledge of NQS and EYLF framework,
