About the Role
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store while building leadership skills and product knowledge along the way.
You'll maintain high standards of service and presentation, and help shape an outstanding customer experience.




It's an ideal role for someone who's enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service
Managing daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising
Helping maintain a high standard of presentation and product knowledge
Collaborating with our butchery, kitchen, and support teams to deliver a cohesive in-store experience
Supporting sales goals and customer service standards
This role is ideal for someone with previous supervisory experience in retail, food, or hospitality who's looking to step into a growing, values-driven business with long-term potential.
