From concept through to production, you'll play a key role in creating uniforms that are functional, stylish, and reflective of each client's brand identity.Working closely with our sales, production, and product development teams, you'll translate client briefs into innovative uniform solutions that balance design, comfort, durability, and commercial viability.If you're passionate about apparel design and enjoy seeing your concepts, come to life in real-world environments, we'd love to hear from you.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTInterpret client briefs to create compelling mood boards, collection stories, color palettes, and trend boards that capture the client's brand vision and inform the design direction of each uniform collection.Stay ahead of global design trends, monitoring fashion, textiles, color forecasting, silhouettes, styling,
and industry innovation to inspire modern uniform solutions.Produce professional garment illustrations, technical sketches, and presentation materials using industry-standard design software and AI-powered creative tools.Source new fabric & trim suppliers where necessary and maintain available ranges to be able to be used in design.Maintain records of all products, fabrics & trims used to create the collections.Create compelling visual and design-led marketing content for newsletters, social media, presentations, and digital campaigns where required.Attend client presentations and assist in presenting design concepts, where required.Collaborate with the team where sampling, fittings and design refinements are required.Ensure collections meet brand standards, functionality and budget requirements.CAPABILITIES WE VALUEDegree Qualifications in Design.3+ years' experience in apparel, corporate wear or uniform design.Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience using AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, presentation development, and workflow efficiency.Excellent understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of fabrics, trims and textile performance.Strong trend forecasting and colour coordination skills.Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Benefits and PerksBe a part of an exciting Melbourne based and Australian owned success story.Play a key role in a growing business.Potential for growth into further roles of the business.Fantastic culture which supports personal growth and development.
