We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Hire Coordinator to oversee the hire and operation of a range of venues across our Berwick and Pakenham campuses.This role is responsible for the smooth, secure and effective management of facilities available for hire to external groups and organisations, including the Community Arts and Recreation Centre Theatre (Berwick), the Lois Maghanoy Centre for Performing Arts Theatre (Pakenham) and a range of other College facilities.The successful candidate will have experience in venue hire, facilities, events or operations, along with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
