Two Rivers Wines at Denman are seeking a motivated and reliable Vineyard Hand to join our team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our vineyard, ensuring the health and productivity of our vines.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality grapes.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain vineyard equipment, including tractors, sprayers, harvester, mowers, and pruning toolsAssist with all aspects of vineyard management, including planting, pruning, canopy management, irrigation, and harvestingMonitor vine health and assist with pest and disease management, including the application of treatments as requiredCarry out general maintenance of vineyard infrastructure (Post's, irrigation systems, fencing,



etc.)Record keeping and reporting on vineyard activitiesFollow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environmentWork collaboratively with other team members to achieve vineyard goalsSelection CriteriaPrevious experience working in a vineyard or similar agricultural environmentDemonstrated experience operating vineyard equipment and machineryKnowledge of pest and disease management in viticultureAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityChemical user accreditation (desirable)Forklift license (desirable)
