The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities including:
Recruitment and onboarding administration
Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
Supporting performance management and employee relations processes
Assisting with HR projects, policies, and compliance initiatives




Responding to employee enquiries and providing first-line HR support
Monitoring and managing a shared HR inbox
Supporting learning and development activities
About You
Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityUnderstanding of Fair Work, Modern Awards, and employment legislation
HR qualification or currently studying HR, Business, or a related discipline
