Hire Controller | $80K-$90K + Super + Bonus | Brisbane
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Hire Controller to join an established and growing equipment hire business, based in Brisbane.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Sales team, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, coordinating hire bookings, organising transport, and maintaining robust relationships with clients across Queensland.
This role is much more than simply processing orders.
You will become the primary point of contact for customers introduced through the Business Development team, ensuring a seamless hire experience.

Manage inbound customer enquiries and hire requestsCoordinate equipment hire bookings from start to finishOrganise transport and logistics for deliveries and collectionsLiaise with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service deliveryBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProvide accurate hire documentation, quotations, and follow up support
About you
Previous experience as a Hire Controller or in a similar equipment hire, rental, logistics, or customer service roleStrong communication and relationship building skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentA proactive, team-focused attitude with a strong customer service mindset
