Your responsibilities will include:Conducting triage and coordinating patient flowImmunisations and wound careChronic disease management and care plansECGs, spirometry,



and other clinical proceduresAssisting with minor proceduresMaintaining clinical documentation and infection control standardsMaintaining infection control and cold chain protocolsSupporting quality improvement initiativesThis role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing practice.What We're Looking ForCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseExperience in general practice or primary care preferredStrong clinical judgement and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to maintaining high standards of care and complianceKnowledge of Best Practice software preferred.We look forward to welcoming the right nurse into our growing practice.
