With over 65 years of industry experience and backed by German engineering excellence, BPW Transpec delivers innovative, reliable and engineered-to-last transport solutions across Australia and New Zealand.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a technically capable and customer-focused Product Support Engineer to join our Melbourne team.About the RoleReporting to the Engineering Manager, this role will provide technical product support, engineering assistance and customer solutions across BPW Transpec's range of trailer axle, suspension, braking and transport technologies.This is a hands-on technical role suited to an engineer who enjoys combining product knowledge, customer interaction, troubleshooting and technical design support.The successful candidate will work closely with customers, OEM trailer manufacturers, workshops, sales teams and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and product guidance to customers, dealers and internal teamsAssist with trailer component selection, fitment and application engineeringPrepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD (2D preferred,) experience using 3D CAD softwareSupport product installation, troubleshooting and warranty investigationsLiaise with OEMs and workshops regarding technical specifications and complianceAssist with product documentation,
