That means you will:Lead from the floor, not the officeWork stock and execute core processes alongside your teamDrive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and serviceManage sales, wages and costs with commercial awarenessBuild a capable team that understands transparent expectationsHold standards consistently and address performance directlyGuide your team through operational change as we strengthen capabilityThis is structured retail.
