Ace&Co; is seeking an experienced Prime Mover (Semi Trailer) Driver to join our growing transport team.
This is a full-time position based in Dandenong, VIC ****.
As a Prime Mover Driver, you will be responsible for operating articulated vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently across various routes.
This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that deliveries are made on time whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
You will be the face of Ace&Co; on the road, representing our commitment to quality service and reliability.Melbourne metropolitan deliveries only.Approximately 8–10 hour shifts.Monday to Friday.Well-maintained automatic prime mover.Safe and supportive working environment.What You'll Be DoingSafely operate a prime mover and trailer throughout Melbourne.Complete deliveries and collections efficiently.Perform daily pre-start vehicle inspections.Secure and transport loads in accordance with Chain of Responsibility requirements.Complete delivery paperwork where required.Maintain a professional attitude with customers and dispatch staff.Current HC or MC Driver Licence.Valid right to work in Australia.Good driving history.Solid knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan roads.Commitment to Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management and workplace safety.Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.SatisfactoryPolice Check.Successful pre-employment medical assessment.Negative pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.Willingness to participate in ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.What We OfferFull-time, ongoing employment.Stable Monday to Friday roster.No overnight or interstate work.Modern, well-maintained equipment.Supportive and respectful workplace.If you're a dependable HC or MC driver looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing transport business, we'd love to hear from you.
