We're seeking two experienced Fruit & Veg Managers for an immediate start across our NOR stores.
As the Fruit & Veg Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of our fresh produce department, ensuring exceptional product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
This full-time position is a crucial part of our Retail & Consumer Products team, contributing to the success and growth of our thriving business.Australian permanent residency is required for this position.What you'll be doingOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the fruit and vegetable department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandisingManaging and leading a team of department associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer serviceAnalysing sales data and market trends to optimise product assortment, pricing, and inventory levelsImplementing effective inventory management strategies to minimise waste and maximise profitabilityCollaborating with the procurement team to source high-quality, fresh produce from local and regional suppliersEnsuring compliance with all relevant health, safety,
