The Role
Sitting within our Australian marketing team, this is a crypto focused execution role reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Crypto.
Social and community sit at the centre of the role, alongside a significant amount of campaign support and general marketing execution.
We're looking for a fast, reliable executor.
Someone who can take a defined marketing direction or brief and turn it into live, high-quality work at pace, while juggling several priorities at once.
You'll turn plans and briefs into published activity that delivers measurable results, and work closely with our central marketing functions who own a number of the specialist execution capabilities this role draws on.
As our Marketing Executive - Crypto, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Manage day-to-day social activity across our channels, including scheduling, publishing and producing light copy and creative
Translate marketing direction and briefs into published social content that delivers on the objective
Support and execute campaigns from brief to delivery, keeping a consistent flow of content
Monitor performance and apply learnings to future activity
Grow and manage our community channels (Telegram, Discord, X and similar) including posting, moderation and member engagement
Repurpose community activity into content for social and paid channels
Support the development of our community growth strategy while leading execution




Coordinate campaign delivery across channels, including assets, timings and scheduling
Brief agencies and designers and manage their work through to delivery
Build and QA landing pages, emails and campaign assets across the full marketing mix
Prepare performance snapshots and maintain regular reporting
Coordinate our event presence end to end, including sponsorships, meetups, conferences and activations, from planning through to on‐site delivery and follow‐up.
About you
3+ years' marketing experience in a hands‐on execution role, agency or in‐house
Demonstrated social media experience, including running channels and producing content directly
A solid delivery record, with examples of work you've taken live
Familiarity with social scheduling, CMS, email and analytics tools
The ability to take a brief or defined direction and execute it quickly and accurately
Excellent organisation and the capacity to manage competing priorities
High drive and the ambition to produce standout work
An interest in crypto and digital assets, or the appetite to learn quickly
Community management experience, particularly in crypto, fintech or trading, highly regarded.
