About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within this medium-sized care service.
Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care & Lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.
Main Duties
Provide high quality clinical care to residentsReview, update & accurate completion of resident documentationEnsure a safe home workplace for all residentsSupport with funding (AN-ACC)

Skills & Requirements:
AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experienceUnderstanding of aged care standards & quality indicatorsStrong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding systemUp to date Flu & Covid vaccinations
