Task & responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop retail staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring customers receive professional advice and product recommendations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store marketing events.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimise stock losses.
Analyse sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Monitor automotive retail market trends, competitor activity,



and customer demands to maintain a competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies, company procedures, and retail standards.
Recruit, train, and manage staff performance, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners.
Qualification & experience
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Retail /Operation Manager, preferably within the automotive parts or automotive retail industry.
Solid leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Experience with stock control, merchandising, and retail operations.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to improve business performance.
Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories will be highly regarded.
