We are looking for a Centre Manager for our Victorian locations, responsible for the overall day-to‐day running of the centrse and ensuring a welcoming, high-quality learning environment for all.
About the Role
This is a key position within the centre, with a strong focus on:
Managing parent communication and building positive relationships with familiesCreating warm, engaging centre environments and vibe for students and staffOverseeing the daily operations to ensure sessions run smoothly and efficientlySupporting tutors and working collaboratively as part of a wider teamMaintaining high presentation standards across the centre
This role is FULL TIME and requiresflexibility to travel to other centres if required.

and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Ideally, you will demonstrate:
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with parents and studentsExcellent organisational and time management skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA positive, energetic approach to creating a excellent centre cultureWillingness to support across multiple locations when needed
