Available Positions:
We are recruiting for
two fixed permanent part time roles
:
Position 1
Monday and Tuesday afternoon shifts
Alternate Wednesday night duty and Sunday morning shifts
Position 2
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon shifts
These are fixed rostered positions and availability to work the advertised shifts is essential.

About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to support residents' health, wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation and review of resident care plans
Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
Monitor,



record and communicate residents' conditions and needs accurately
Safely administer medications
Provide wound care
Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural and social wellbeing
