Seeking a Full-time (38 hours per week) Physiotherapist to work across our Kew East & Carlton North branches.The duties and responsibilitiesDuties include the assessment and treatment planning of patients with both simple and complex musculo-skeletal injuries and issues.Implementation of treatments, including a combination of exercise based rehabilitation (using a combination of Pilates equipment and classical strength and conditioning equipment) and hands-on treatment.Participation in training and learning is a must, with integrated training every Monday and case-conferencing about complicated clients every Thursday.Working independantly as well as in a group environment, with discussion of ideas and learning with other team members.This is an excellent chance to learn the clinical side of private practice in a supported environment.What we offer:Working under our Clinical Staff Manager, you will be given a structured, step by step development and mentoring to grow you into a great clinician.Gradual build up of workload.
Offering extended time for assessments and learning to run clinical exercise sessions.No need to build caseload.Weekly 1 hour PD on a variety of topics including hip masterclass, women's health, low back pain etc.Weekly 1 hour discussion time of complex clients where you can get input from other senior clinicians from all clinics.A generous annual PD allowance of at least $****.Career progression pathway from junior clinician,
