This role is primarily focused on the installation, testing, and commissioning of residential and commercial battery storage systems, with occasional solar installations and associated electrical works, servicing the Western & Northern Suburbs.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Install, wire, and commission grid-connected solar PV systems.
.Complete DC and AC wiring, switchboard upgrades, and metering connections.Conduct system testing, fault-finding, and commissioning.Complete Certificates of Electrical Safety (CES) paperwork.Maintain accurate job records, timesheets,



and safety documentation.Complete compliance tracking for rebate claims.Adhere to WHS/OHS requirements, particularly working-at-heights and electrical safety proceduresQualificationsCurrent Victoria A-Grade Electrician's LicenceSolarAccreditation Australia (SAA) for Grid Connect Battery Storage (GCBS) & Grid Connect Photovoltaics (GCPV).
Working at Heights certificationCurrent driver's licenceSound knowledge of AS/NZS **** (Wiring Rules), AS/NZS ****, and AS/NZS ****Own basic hand tools (company to supply specialised powertools as required)White CardConfined spaces or EWP ticketsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate well above Award minimums $*****/hrCompany VehicleOngoing training and support for further accreditation
