About the OpportunityOur Hudson Trade Centre Mitre 10 store in Kirrawee, NSW is looking for a reliable and organised Dispatch/Logistics/Admin Team Member to join our team and support the day-to-day delivery operations.This is a rapid-paced, hands-on role where you'll assist with coordinating deliveries, supporting drivers, and helping ensure orders go out accurately and on time.
You'll play an important part in providing a smooth and positive experience for our customers and builders.This is a full-time position,



Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of $***** per hourWhat you'll be doingAssist with scheduling and confirming delivery orders using our Delivery Management System (DMS)Support the coordination of delivery runs and communicate with driversKeep customers updated on delivery timeframes and any delaysHelp resolve basic delivery issues as they arise, escalating where neededAllocate and organise stock within the warehouse, following safety proceduresSupport with purchase orders and general admin tasks for the timber yardProvide general support to the Store Manager and wider team with daily operationsWhat you'll bringPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics/dispatch, or trade environment (highly regarded but not essential)A willingness to learn and take direction in a busy environmentStrong communication skills and a customer-focused attitudeGood organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to problem-solve and stay calm under pressureBasic computer skills (experience with DMS or similar systems is a bonus)Forklift licence (essential)About USFor over 50 years Mitre 10 has been the local and independent hardware store to thousands of Australians.
