The business prides itself on maintaining a positive and cooperative culture, where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are highly valued.The RoleOversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse fulfilment area, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on timeLead and support a team of warehouse staff across picking, packing, and dispatch activitiesMaintain strong inventory control, including stock organisation, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepanciesCoordinate inbound deliveries and ensure stock is received, checked, and stored efficientlyMonitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencyMaintain high standards of warehouse organisation, safety,



and compliance with WHS requirementsWork closely with management and internal teams to resolve any fulfilment or inventory issuesAssist with planning and resourcing during peak operational periodsYour BackgroundPrevious experience in a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor role within a similar industryStrong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatchExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to lead, motivate, and support warehouse staffA proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvementsWhat's on Offer?
