food and gym facilities on FIFO sitesKey ResponsibilitiesRun mineral processing plants in line with targets and KPIsEnsure protected work practices and procedures are followedGeneral housekeeping and maintenance of the plant and your sectionClear two-way and verbal communication with your teamOperate mobile plant when requiredMaintain high safety and housekeeping standardsExperience Required3+ years of experience as a mineral process technicianFlotation, DMS, and Control Room experience highly desirableCrushing and Grinding experience essentialCIL and Leaching experience highly desirableCommissioning experience highly regardedSCADA/SiTECT experience desirableWilling to be malleable with day-to-day requirements of the jobDesirable Tickets - FEL, LF, EWP, Gas Testing, Confined Space, Telehandler, SkidsteerCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screenAbility to provide two recent work referencesStrong commitment to safetyPositive attitude and reliable work ethicNote: Sponsorship and contractor arrangements are not available for these positions.
