About the RoleIn this role as APAC Ad Operations Manager, you will lead Uber Advertising's campaign execution and creative operations across the APAC region, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan and India.
You will serve as the regional owner of campaign delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality execution, performance, and scalability across all advertising products.As the primary representative of the Campaign & Creative Services team in APAC, you will work closely with Country Sales Managers and regional business leaders to align campaign strategy with commercial priorities, revenue goals, and market-specific needs.
You will translate business objectives into operational execution, ensuring that campaign delivery directly support growth targets.You will lead a regional team responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and optimized for performance.
You will also play a critical role in bridging Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class advertiser outcomes.Your Impact in Role(1) Regional Leadership & Business AlignmentAct as the regional lead for Campaign & Creative Services across APAC, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence in campaign executionPartner closely with Country Sales Managers and regional leadership to align campaign delivery with revenue targets, pipeline priorities, and market-specific strategiesIdentify regional opportunities for growth and efficiency, proactively shaping operational strategy to support business expansion(2) Campaign Execution & OperationsOversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including campaign trafficking, setup, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting across display, performance, and programmatic channelsEnsure best-in-class campaign management practices, delivering against advertiser KPIs and SLAsLead in-flight performance analysis, providing actionable insights, optimizations,
and upsell opportunities aligned with advertiser goalsMaintain strict adherence to ad policies, brand safety standards, and legal requirements(3) Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSet clear goals and performance metrics aligned with regional business objectivesBuild scalable processes and playbooks to support team efficiency and regional expansion(4) Industry Expertise & Thought LeadershipProvide POVs on digital advertising, programmatic trends, and regional market dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategiesStay ahead of industry developments to continuously evolve campaign and creative services capabilitiesThe Experience You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in digital advertising, Ad Operations, or AdTech3+ years of people management experience, including leading regional or multi-market teams4+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, campaign management, or programmatic strategyProven experience operating in a regional or multi-country role,
preferably across APACStrong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance optimization and reportingPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in audience-based advertising and/or programmatic ecosystemsProficiency in SQL and data analysis toolsHands-on experience with AdTech platforms and ad servers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, Adobe)Deep understanding of publisher monetization and programmatic ecosystems, including GAM, header bidding, and digital media operationsExperience with DMPs/CDPs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, ComScore), clean rooms (Snowflake, Habu), and audience marketplaces (LiveRamp, Experian, Oracle)Strong operational knowledge of brand safety, ad viewability, and fraud preventionExperience working closely with Sales teams to drive revenue outcomesCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional advertiser and user experiencesThis isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one.
