Working closely with technology, operational and business teams, you'll help ensure we maintain a strong, auditable security posture while enabling innovation and secure service delivery.
You'll also participate in our cyber security on-call roster, providing support and helping maintain resilient security operations.

As a Cyber Security Governance Lead in the Cyber Security & Risk team, you'll make a positive impact by: Leading ISO ***** certification, IRAP assessments and DISP accreditation activities Driving cyber security, data protection and AI governance frameworks across the business Managing audit readiness, assurance activities and remediation programs Overseeing supplier security assessments and third-party risk management processes Collaborating with operational, technology and delivery teams to embed secure-by-design practices Developing reporting,



metrics and insights to strengthen cyber security compliance and risk management Serco is a place for you You Could Be a Excellent Fit If You Have Experience leading cyber security governance, compliance or risk management programs Robust knowledge of ISO *****, ASD ISM, DISP and related security frameworks Experience managing audits, certifications and assurance activities The ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, collaborative approach Willingness to participate in an on-call cyber security roster and support security incidents when required Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Security, IT or a related discipline Must be an Australian citizen - and willing to undergo Defence Baseline clearance In joining us, you'll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
