We're looking for a Content Creator who wants to help us redefine the face of the health landscape in Australia, across two brands, one established and one launching in a few months time.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content.
Someone who can spot a trend before it peaks, create scroll-stopping videos, and turn insights into impact.
The kind of person who hears a great podcast quote and immediately thinks "that needs to be clipped."
Who spots a creator and knows instinctively whether they'd be the right fit for a campaign.
Who can move between building relationships and building content without losing momentum in either.
You'll be both in front of the camera and behind it.
Owning and executing social content strategy across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Everything from ideation to filming to editing to posting.
Confidence on camera is non-negotiable because you will be the face of the brands.
We're looking for a creative powerhouse to help tell our story in ways that inspire, entertain and genuinely connect.
What you'll do
Create content for organic and paid, Instagram first.
Be on camera.
Regularly.
Run and care for the Instagram like it's your own.
Posts, stories, DMs, all of it.
Build genuine relationships with creators, micro-influencers and KOLs.
Not just a follow and a "love your content" message - we care about our people on a personal level - and this should be seen as a huge asset to you.
Show up to brand events, collabs and partnerships and actually want to be there.




Take what's working and turn it into content, fast.
What you need
Editing skills: CapCut is the baseline, if you're a full digital native, even better.
You're chronically online, and it shows.
You know a good hook in the first second and exactly what to speak about to draw attention to the brand.
Comfortable in front of a camera: Zero hesitation on camera.
You don't need a script to talk to a phone.
Account Management: You've managed an Instagram before.
DMs included, not just posting and disappearing.
Relationships: You already talk to creators and influencers like it's second nature.
Genuine Belief in the Mission (and yourself): this isn't a role for someone clocking in at 9 and out at 5.
We want someone genuinely invested in FON and growing their own career, who brings ideas before being asked, treats targets as a floor not a ceiling, and is here because they actually care, not just because it's a job.
Research-First Strategy: you know most creative problems are insufficient-research problems.
You're comfortable digging into reviews, comments, and community chatter to find the insight that unlocks the next angle, and you understand the psychology behind why it converts.
