From stocktake to sales reporting you will lead our teams by example and take our Victorian state to the next level.As an Assistant State Manager, you will have robust people leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
A strong retail management background including multi-site management, an understanding of concession business in conjunction with your ability to implement change, will enable you to drive our profitable business to its next level.Seeking an operational leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, looking after 60 sites across Victoria, you will hit the ground running and bring a passionate, vibrant energy to the role.

Providing guidance and training in rostering shrinkage and budgetsHR Management, recruitment, staff performance and wage controlEffectively manage stock across all stores to maximize sales opportunitiesCommunicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office across all storesFollowing up on administration from Head Office and In StoreTO BE SUCCESSFUL,
