Their Investment Operations team plays a critical role in delivering and maintaining key operating tasks that directly impact both internal and external customers.The OpportunityThis project involves re-engaging lost customers across a portfolio of approximately 300 investment and superannuation products, through a combination of phone, email, and written correspondence.This is a hands-on operational role where attention to detail, sound judgement, and a genuine customer focus will set you apart.
You'll be part of a close-knit, experienced team that values ownership and accuracy.What You'll Be DoingValidating and updating customer information against internal systems, including ID verification and contact detail accuracyManaging work across workflow systems, shared mailboxes, and operational channels to meet service commitmentsConducting inbound and outbound customer contact via phone, email, and written correspondence to support account maintenance, record validation, and issue resolutionInvestigating and resolving customer record exceptions, data discrepancies, and operational issues through to completionSupporting customer remediation activities and contributing to operational improvement initiativesMaintaining strong knowledge of products, processes, and compliance requirementsIdentifying and escalating risks, compliance concerns, or anything that doesn't seem rightContributing to a cooperative,
