About the CompanyThis is a hands-on Business Intelligence Analyst contract within a Monitoring and Reporting function, focused on turning ICT operations data into clear, trusted reporting that drives decisions, highlights availability risks early, and reduces manual reporting through smart automation.About the RoleYou will own the reporting side of the team's work, partnering with service owners and support teams to deliver actionable dashboards, analysis, and regular operational insights.Build, deploy, and enhance Power BI dashboards and interactive reportsRun proactive analysis and produce timely reporting on systems, infrastructure, and servicesWork with stakeholders to understand data sources and APIs, and translate needs into reportingContribute to incident reviews, statistical reporting, and operational performance insightsImprove reporting efficiency via automation and repeatable reporting patternsProduce explicit documentation, briefs, and technical notes for stakeholdersAbout YouYou're not a "pretty dashboards" person.
You're someone who can get messy data,
