You will lead initiatives spanning onboarding, performance, engagement, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, talent pathways, and culture uplift.As the Learning & Organisational Development Manager, you will play a critical role in building a skilled, compliant, and future-ready workforce.
You will design and deliver high-quality learning programs, lead the annual performance evaluation and development planning program, and manage the Ekka Workforce student placement program.
You will also lead culture and capability initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience.You will further play a key role in embedding coaching, mentoring, and HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) frameworks to enhance leadership capability, self-awareness, and team effectiveness across the organisation.What you'll be doingIn this role, you will:Develop, coordinate and deliver the organisation's annual Learning and Development programDesign and implement organisational development initiatives aligned to strategy, values and cultureLead capability development programs that strengthen operational excellence and workforce sustainabilityEmbed coaching and mentoring frameworks to support leadership development and talent growthUtilise HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) to enhance leadership capability, communication and team effectivenessManage the ongoing annual performance management program, ensuring alignment,



consistency and continuous improvementLead employee engagement survey debriefs and support leaders to develop and implement meaningful action plansManage student, trainee and apprenticeship programs, including those delivered through major events such as EkkaDevelop skills-based learning pathways aligned to industry and role-specific competencies, including hospitality and event environmentsBuild and maintain strong internal and external partnerships to ensure programs remain contemporary and effectiveEnsure learning systems, reporting and compliance requirements are accurately maintainedWhat you'll bringYou are a confident, credible and solutions-focused Learning & Development / Organisational Development professional who thrives in agile environments and can influence at all levels.You will also bring:Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, Learning & Development or related fieldCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)3–5+ years' experience in Learning & Development or Organisational DevelopmentProven delivery of people programs across onboarding, performance, engagement and leadership developmentExperience implementing coaching and mentoring programsFamiliarity or experience using HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) or similar psychometric toolsStrong LMS capability with confidence in data analysis and reportingExcellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsWhy you'll love working with usAt RNA, your work truly matters.
