Hours: Rotational roster including AM, PM and Night Shift – 8 or 12 hour shifts.Location: Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg.About the OpportunityMercy Hospital for Women is a major maternity hospital and specialist referral centre providing complex care for obstetric, neonatal and gynaecology patients.As a valued member of our Antenatal and Postnatal inpatient wards, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to mothers, babies and families.Summary of the RoleSupport Midwives and provide day‐to‐day patient management.Maintain a work‐life balance with a adaptable rotating roster.Deliver high‐risk pregnancy and birth care in Victoria.Participate in ongoing professional development activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide holistic, patient‐centred care to mothers, babies and families.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.Support midwives, including lactation consulting support, on shift.Maintain accurate,



timely records and documentation.Qualifications and ExperienceRegistration as a Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
