Monash Health in Victoria is seeking an Indigenous Community Development Worker (ICDW) to support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children and families engaged with FASD services.
The role emphasizes culturally protected, trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches to assessment and pathways.You will work with clinical coordinators and MDT colleagues, helping families navigate the FASD assessment process, access services, and connect with ACCOs and community supports.
