The Ideal Candidate




Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte dining environmentRestaurant opening experience is advantageous but not essentialProven track record in leading a high performing teamExemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew developmentExceptional service skills and guest focusStrong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practicesAbility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periodsProven ability in building effective relationshipsOrganisational and time management skillsExperience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management systemExceptional communication and presentationAvailable and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsMust possess a valid RSA certificateQualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
