events and offersIdentify opportunities to grow customer value, engagement and loyaltyExecute customer retention, engagement and reactivation initiativesUse customer insights and feedback to enhance products, services and experiencesDevelop a deep understanding of customer behaviours and preferences to drive commercial outcomesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and consistent customer experiencesRepresent TAB at events and customer activations across the regionYour game changing qualitiesYou're a commercially minded relationship builder who is passionate about sport and enjoys creating meaningful customer connections.
