Under the OSCAR Care Group banner is the OSCAR Care Clinic, a beautiful new clinic space in Dingley Village, Victoria.
The OSCAR Care Clinic includes Dietetics, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy, with 2 clinic rooms to support the services.We are seeking an enthusiastic Dietitian to join our incredible Allied Health Team and to work within the clinic space and provide practical and evidence-based care.
This will include working in the clinic in Dingley Village, and in the community for home visits.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced private practice Dietitian, with NDIS and home visit experience.

Hours will be pending client bookings on weekdaysWork alongside our amazing team of DietitiansProvide high quality one-on-one consultations within a private practice and the community setting, face-to-face and telehealth.Experience and knowledge in clinical dietetics in a private practice and home visit capacity, with previous experience with clients on medicare, DVA, TAC, Workcover and NDIS plans.Previous Experience in the following areas:



Diabetes and blood sugar management; Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), IBD, Crohn's Disease, Coeliac disease, food intolerances and digestive concerns; Fatty liver and metabolic health; Weight management; General nutrition and healthy eating support; Women's health concerns, including PCOS, endometriosis, and breast cancer recovery; Chronic conditions & diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, Osteoporosis and Parkinson's DiseaseStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team, health professionals and clients.Ability and willingness to travel between home visits and the clinicProvide education sessions and presenting as requiredAssist with the development of key resources and client informationWorking with our Marketing team on articles and social media projects when they ariseFeel supported in your career developmentOur Dietetic team comprises of 20 amazing Dietitians nationally.
We hold monthly dietetic teleconferences for CPD, regular 1-on-1 sessions with the Lead Dietitian for support and provide regular feedback for continuous growth as a Dietitian.Selection CriteriaRelevant tertiary qualification in Dietetics and current membership with DA as an APDFODMAP trained essential for this role (through Monash, GI Institute or FODMAP Friendly)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to complete tasks within acceptable time frames and work autonomously.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable running educations and presenting.Current full Driver's Licence and vehicle, with flexibility to travel in Dingley Village and surroundsCurrent Police Check, most recent **** Flu Injection, Covid vaccine x 2 and possess the relevant certification.Generous rates on offer with a supportive, friendly and fun team to be a part of.
