This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of leading brands including Ford, Hyundai, LDV, Chery and Omoda Jaecoo, supporting customers after their vehicle purchase with premium protection and enhancement products.You'll be helping customers get the most out of their new car through products such as paint and interior protection, window tinting, protection packs, and our popular scratch & dent program.About the RoleConnect with customers after their vehicle purchase to introduce and recommend car care solutionsTailor protection packages to suit each customer's lifestyle, needs, and budgetWork collaboratively with sales consultants and delivery coordinators across the groupEnsure all paperwork and compliance processes are completed accuratelyPlay a key role in growing the Car Care department and delivering an exceptional customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and relationship-building skillsPrevious experience in automotive, retail, hospitality,
