With exciting growth across Australia and internationally, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to take ownership of our organic social channels and create content that people genuinely love.
This is an opportunity for someone who's ready to step up.
You'll work closely with our Founder and Head of Marketing, taking ownership of our organic social presence while remaining hands-on in creating beautiful, engaging content.
As the business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to grow with it and build your own team.
What You'll Do
Own our organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Develop and manage the social content calendar, aligned with launches, campaigns and brand priorities.
Concept, style, shoot, edit and publish premium social-first content.
Create both polished campaign assets and lo-fi content that feels authentic and drives engagement.
Bring the portier brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Stay ahead of trends and translate them into content that's relevant, on-brand and engaging.
Build and manage relationships with creators through gifting and paid partnerships.
Engage with our community and foster meaningful conversations.
Monitor performance, identify insights and continuously optimise our content strategy.
About You

You're constantly consuming content, spotting trends before they peak and thinking about what will capture attention next.
TikTok and Instagram aren't just platforms you manage - they're platforms you genuinely enjoy and understand.
You're a creator first.
You love being behind the camera, editing content, experimenting with new ideas and bringing brands to life through storytelling.
Most importantly, you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact now while building the skills to lead a team as the business grows.
You'll bring:
3+ years' experience in social media and content creation, ideally within a premium lifestyle, fashion, beauty or consumer brand.
A portfolio showcasing content you've personally concepted, filmed and edited.
Strong editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
An exceptional eye for styling, composition and premium brand aesthetics.
A genuine passion for TikTok, Instagram Reels and emerging social trends.
Experience creating content that feels native to each platform.
Experience working with creators and influencers.
A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership.
