Change Manager | Regulatory & Compliance Projects I Contract until June ****Rate: $600 per day plus superannuation (PAYG)We're partnering with a State Government Client to find a Change Manager to join their Enterprise Change Team, supporting critical legislative compliance and mandatory change initiatives across the organisation.This is an opportunity to work on projects that directly impact Victorian workers, employers and the broader community, while collaborating with senior stakeholders, delivery partners and business leaders in a highly visible role.
Assignment duration is through to 30 June ****.Your new roleAs a key member of the Enterprise Change Team, you'll lead the development and delivery of end-to-end change strategies that drive successful adoption of business and regulatory change initiatives.You'll be responsible for:Developing and implementing change management strategies and plansConducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysisDriving business readiness, communication and engagement activitiesSupporting training and change adoption initiativesBuilding strong relationships with leaders,
