agents and contractors are maintained and improvedProduce Purchase / Work orders and quantity take-offs in a timely mannerProvide margin reportsRequest and interpret quotationsEnsure jobs are cost effective and profitableAssist in Workflow of jobs in productionManagement of BOQ'sTo be considered, you should possess:Minimum of 1 years' experience in an estimating rolePrevious experience in the building industry is a mustQualification in Building / Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirableWorking knowledge of the Building and Construction processExposure to estimating systems is highly advantageousAbility to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and desire to succeedStrong work ethic and attention to detailExceptional time management skillsAbility to solve problems in a logical and systematic mannerIn return, the successful candidate will receive:Supportive and fun workplace cultureAttractive remuneration package relevant to experience and abilityOpportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growthPlease note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
