About the Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault-finding across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Planned preventative maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systemsReactive breakdowns,



diagnostics and fault-findingRepair and maintenance of:Package UnitsSplit SystemsVRV / VRF SystemsAir Handling Units (AHUs)Fan Coil Units (FCUs)Pumps and associated mechanical plantIdentify defects and provide recommendations for repairs and upgrade worksComplete service reports and compliance documentationLiaise with supervisors, service coordinators and building managementDeliver outstanding customer service while maintaining long-term client relationshipsWork independently while contributing to a collaborative service team
About You
You'll be a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in your workmanship and wants to be part of a company that genuinely growing.
Essential Requirements
Cert III in Air Conditioning & RefrigerationCurrent ARCtick Refrigerant Handling LicenceRestricted Electrical LicenceCommercial HVAC service experienceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic abilityAble to work autonomously and manage your own scheduleExcellent communication and customer service skillsCurrent Driver's LicenceAbility to pass a Police Check and pre-employment medical
