$800 pd + super2 days from the CBD officeInitial 6-month contract w/ high likelihood of extensionThe role sits within an agile delivery environment and require a writer comfortable working at pace with delivery teams, SMEs and product stakeholders to produce clear, practical SOPs, guidance documents and operational artefacts.You will translate complex processes and requirements into structured, easy-to-use documentation that supports delivery, compliance, and adoption across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain SOPs, guidance documents, and procedural materials aligned to agile deliveryWork closely with SMEs, delivery leads and product teams to capture and clarify requirementsTranslate complex risk, regulatory or customer processes into clear, actionable documentationEnsure documentation is consistent, fit-for-purpose and aligned to agreed standardsContribute to knowledge management through process maps, reference materials and supporting artefactsWe are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support a major risk & regulatory transformation program within a large organisation in Financial Services.
