We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team, with the majority of work based in Ballarat and travel across our Geelong and Melbourne branches as required.This is a hands‐on role for someone who takes pride in their work, looks after their equipment, and enjoys being part of a professional team.About the RoleOperating a 1.8T excavator to dig trenches for underground electrical cable installations.Working alongside our electrical crews on underground electrical installations.Loading and unloading equipment and materials.Conducting daily pre-starts and routine maintenance on the excavator,



truck and associated equipment.Keeping all equipment clean, maintained and presentation-ready.Working safely while delivering quality outcomes on every project.What We're Looking ForExperience operating a 1.8T excavator.HR Licence (essential).
