This role reports to the Senior Director Transport IT.Please note: Internal DHL applications close 15/08/2026ResponsibilitiesLead a small dedicated Transport Support teamEnsure timely day to day technical services and support is provided to the Transport divisionEnsure all systems (scanning, TMS and Web) are operationaland achieve maximum up timeDrive transport systems and innovation within the transport divisionImplementation of new transport systemsConstant review of Transport System to align with business requirementsDaily interaction with internal and external stakeholders - providinghigh quality service and supportManage Vendor relationshipsCoordinate and conduct UAT across the businessIs responsible for Resource Planning including management of the ticketing systemRequirementsTertiary qualifications in Business/Transport/Statistics preferredSolid Transport System skills and experienceStrong transport/operational/warehouse knowledgeIn depth experience of logistics and supply chain processesWorking knowledge of system, network and data base set-upsSystems administration backgroundStronganalytical & problem solving skillsAdvancedMS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPointHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work outside of normal business hours required.
