We value children's voices and work alongside them to create meaningful experiences that reflect their ideas and passions.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional who is passionate about leadership, quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service, supporting up to 60 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation CareLead the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based programs that support children's learning, wellbeing and developmentBuild and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider communitySupport, mentor and collaborate with a team of educators to drive quality outcomes and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and quality standards while fostering a positive team cultureCreate a protected, inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supportedJob Requirements:Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).




Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.Previous childcare service management experience.Child Protection training is required for this role.Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
