You'll also conduct changeovers and help line staff return to safe operation quickly.Preventative and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing & packaging equipmentMechanical fault-finding and effective repairs to reduce downtimeMaintain/repair process plant: pumps, valves, pipework,



conveyors and mechanical systemsMaintain pneumatic and hydraulic systemsSupport installs, commissioning, modifications and upgradesKeep accurate maintenance records and follow SOP/cGMP and safety isolation practicesWhat you'll bring:Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter / Fitter & Turner or equivalent)Current Restricted Electrical Worker's Licence5+ years' maintenance experience in a GMP environment with automated packaging (food/pharmaceutical manufacturing highly regarded)Strong fault-finding/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance capabilityAbility to read drawings/manuals and follow SOPs; comfortable with maintenance documentation/CMMSSafety-first approach (LOTO) and explicit communication with production teamsNice to have: TIG welding/polishing, forklift/high-risk licencesYou must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.Please note you must be available for a hybrid shift (12pm-8.15pm) for the first 4 weeks for training.
