Working closely with teams across IT, you'll help identify service trends, recurring issues and data quality improvements that support operational performance and compliance.
You'll assist with maintaining asset and configuration data, preparing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support Problem Management, IT Asset Management, Disaster Recovery and continual improvement activities.
